COVID19 Update
Management Plus will remain open as per the exceptions allowance of Governor DeWine’s Stay at Home mandate. If you have needs, we are still taking calls and emails to help and answer. We do have many of our employees working remotely from home and have limited our office staff so we can comply with other requirements such as maintaining at least 6-feet distances from one another. We have sanitizers, soaps and cleansers for office use and are operating with all the necessary safety precautions for the welfare of our staff.
We have closed our offices to the public/visitors during this time. We ask that you contact our office by email or phone. Payments should be mailed to the PO Box.
Our maintenance personnel will continue to work on community needs as it is critical to the infrastructure. Vendors may also continue to do the necessary work for the association unless mandated otherwise. We ask that if you see workers onsite that you do not engage them. Workers still need to maintain safe working distances (6 foot distancing) to help keep the spread of COVID-19.
We truly hope that you are safe and well.
