Excellent coordination of services provided to homeowner associations.

I’m impressed with Management Plus, and that’s saying a lot as an employee of a competing HOA management company. I recently moved into a condo association that they manage & the service has been great. Work requests get completed in a timely, satisfactory manner, at least within a week or so of the request. Grounds are well maintained, communication is typically prompt & employees have all been very kind. I know this can be a thankless job, so thank you to the employees at Management Plus for assisting in creating a community that owners can take pride in and enjoy living in.

I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the service the contractor you sent out to repair my downspout. He took his time to troubleshoot the issue and I feel confident that it was done correctly and I will not have ice issues in the future. I highly recommend him for other issues in the community.
