Looking for a motivated, upbeat, team player to manager a portfolio of condominium and homeowner assocition communities.
Community Managers have contact with the Boards of Directors, Homeowners, and contractors serving the association. The manager will handle homeowners calls, complete board packets and attend board meetings, solicit bids, handle notices and violations, do review financial reports.
Competent computer skills and knowledge of the following programs would be helpful: TOPS, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Due to the high volume of work and correspondence it is necessary to have the ability to multitask and effectively communicate orally and in writing. Minimum 3 years experience preferred.
Experienced Maintenance Service Technician
Skills/Responsibilities will include servicing a portfolio of community associations and properties including all exterior repairs and routine maintenance. Duties include general construction and building maintenance and repair, roofing, carpentry, painting, drywall, gutters, siding, electrical, plumbing, and concrete. Must be able to climb a ladder, work on roofs and be able to work outdoors for extended times in heat and cold.
