I have worked with Management Plus as a Contractor for the last seven years. Management Plus is one of the best property management companies I have had the privilege of doing business with. They keep their communities in phenomenal condition and are constantly improving their communities they manage. From the owner’s down to the administrators they are extremely polite, professional, and overall great people. I would highly recommend living in a community where Management Plus is the management company.

I’m impressed with Management Plus, and that’s saying a lot as an employee of a competing HOA management company. I recently moved into a condo association that they manage & the service has been great. Work requests get completed in a timely, satisfactory manner, at least within a week or so of the request. Grounds are well maintained, communication is typically prompt & employees have all been very kind. I know this can be a thankless job, so thank you to the employees at Management Plus for assisting in creating a community that owners can take pride in and enjoy living in.
